Outdoors Rv Timber Ridge 250RDS not the quality you expect.
I to have had many issues with my trailer. We purchased a 2015 Timber Ridge the summer of 2016.
I also feel ORV misrepresents their product. Initial quality and construction is poor. They promote quality Rototork cabinets and materials sturdy walk on roofs and tongue and groove flooring. Sure the fronts are wood.
The boxes are stapled to together OSB Crap that have already began to rattle apart from one season of mostly on road travel. Plywood at roof seams are staring to push against the membrane and the seams in my floor have noticeable rises where they connect. Shower was not siliconed from factory. Electric brakes were not terminated and shorted out on the chassis.
Outside plug was not connected, bare wires not terminated behind the fuse panel. Pull down blinds cut to short and installed crooked. Checker plate on front on trailer not properly fastened. First 4' of awing channel is affixed with double sided tap and silicone, no fasteners to trailer.
Kitchen sink was missing three hold down clamps and shook loose. Outside speakers did not work. Water pump was mounted right against the cabinet and vibrated like crazy when it use. There is more but you get the point.
I too was expecting a trailer at the top end of the market but soon found out this was not the case. As far as after sales service they brush it off as post sale factory adjustments. I write it off as inferior manufacturing processes and lack off quality control. My one year warranty expired in June and they have directed me to my extended warranty provider.
They wont even acknowledge and fix blatant inferior factory manufacturing defects. Please think twice before purchasing a ORV.
All but the speakers fixed by me.. Pissed Canadian Buyer

Sorry man, but these all look like after market changes from a Rookie.
You kept the RV too long. 3 to 5 years and move it.
These things are not built like a BSH, and donโt expect them to be. Brand really doesnโt matter, since most of the components are the same MOL.
Donโt like the RV experience? Try a boat.
What a stupid comment.
Thank You! We are looking wt thisd brand, and wondering if AQNYONE builds a decent R%V!!!
You don't know what your talking about.
Mine is well built and has performed very well in the Alaskan environment.
I agree too!
I agree with you!!!!
