OWNING A 3 MONTH OLD TITANIUM WE ARE FINDING THAT THE FREE STANDING DINETTE CHAIRS ARE NOT SQUARE AND THAT THE STAIN/FINNISH ON THEM NEEDS TO BE REDONE (THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SHIPPED IN THIS CONDITION ) ALSO THE ROCKER RECLINER WILL NOT STAY UP ( THE FOOT REST) WITH OUT HELP. YOU WOULD THINK THAT FOR ALL OF THE INSPECTORS THIS UNIT WOULD BE BETTER THAN IT IS.

OUR SELLING DEALER IS OVER 2100 MILES AWAY .

ALSO THE FIT AND FINISH OF THE CABINETS AND FLOORING LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED AS THE ARE BILLED AS BEING TOUGH BUT ARE EASILY MARRED, WE THOUGHT THAT THIS PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SUPERIOR TO THE INDIANA BUILT UNITS BUT I QUESS I WAS WRONG. I WILL NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.

I have read many examples where local dealers will be reimbursed by ORV for fixing issues. I called myself to see what is required - they just fill out a quick one page form.If you haven't tried this you should.
