We had some initial problems off the lot with our Wind River 250 RDSW. The local dealer in Orange County, Calif.

wasn't very good and took forever to communicate with me even after repeated calls. All that being said, we went by the factory on our vacation and the service department took care of all our issues without complaint or question. Even went the extra mile and installed a couple of extra items we requested. I see people complaining all the time, and I think to myself, "Did they start out with a bad attitude or did they really try to present a problem that needed to get resolved together"?

All in all, very good company and great people to work with. Thank you Outdoor RV.

I see glowing 5 star reviews and wonder, does this person work for the company or did they just post a paid review on a site named pissed consumer?

I dunno, man, I was looking around this website for other reasons and just typed in some stuff about companies I *have* worked with and liked out of curiosity. Obviously, this is a company and money is the end-all-be-all but there is such as thing as goodwill and it has a real, financial impact on a company's valuation and resale value of their products.

For more information, see the Goodwill (accounting) page on wikipedia. For example: - Keystone RV is piece of garbage company. No one is disputing that. - Check the reviews here and the class action filed against their Montana.

As for Outdoors RV: - Outdoors RV has emailed me literal CAD schematics from their engineering team within 5 minutes of me asking in order to try making my own modifications. I'm a regular joe and just called 'em on the phone and Shannon the support person is an angel. -- P.S. someone should give her a raise.

- I was looking for dealers with a specific part and Shannon (again, an angel) walked me through a list of every dealer she believes would have it across the entire country. - Others have emailed them with engineering drawings and the engineering team has validated or rejected designs for modifications.

Great guys who try hard and produce a superior product, compared to the other junk out of Indiana. They have been totally top notch, both the dealer and ORV themselves.

Met the staff and went on the manufacturing tour. Very impressed but like everything man-made, there will be issues. We have a 2016 Glacier Peak 5th wheel and beyond a few small things that were corrected immediately, it has been a most trustworthy product. There will be lemons but out experience is all positive, especially regarding staff at the plant in La Grande Or.

In fact, we are considering selling and going to a smaller TT, and after looking everythign over again (the fun of it all!) we are back to only looking at ORV as the best bang for the buck. Not perfect, but better than everyone else.

I just sold a 2011 20 F that I purchased new. bought it for 15,000 and recently sold it for 9000.

I had no serious problems with this travel trailer. The two repair items required were results of my own operator error. One was the water pump under the bed where I threw in the large trailer hitch and hit the pump and broke it. Yes maybe there should have been a protector panel in place from the factory, but I ended up putting one in myself.

Not very difficult to install. The dealer replaced the pump free of charge and I installed it. That was after the warranty expired. The other problem was the inverter.

I plugged in a generator that was too small for the trailer. And resulted in frying the inverter when I tried to use something in the trailer on the 110 plug-in. This happened during the warranty. The inverter was replaced by the dealership.

Besides that everything worked for as long as I owned it. Got a few dents and dings from just normal wear and tear. Always stored it under cover when I wasnโ€™t using it. Bought a new Outdoors RV mountain series 25RDS after looking at many different brands and models of travel trailers.

Let you know in eight years how this oneโ€™s working out. I know this website is called pissed customer but I think you need to know all viewpoints.
